Great location very central, fab balcony to people watch & get the sun late in the afternoon! Great amenities everything you could need!

To be improved

The stairs but tbf it’s a traditional flat but thank goodness it was only 4 days! Good for the calves!

The best

Fabulous location, great view from the balcony looking on to the theatre, we had a Birds Eye view of the Christmas carole singing that was held when we were there. Good communication from the owners.

To be improved

It was very noisy all night outside the apartment as the kebab takeaway opposite was open all night.

room was not clean at all when we arrived; the toilet was not flushed; the key wasn't in the smart lock; one of the host lied about the fact; gate is very difficult to open; too noisy at night. The check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 4:30pm. When we arrived, there wasn't a key in the smartlock. We had to wait for the cleaner to open the door. Once the cleaner arrived, she told us the room wasn't clean and left us in the dirty apartment. We would like to go somewhere nearby to stay a while rather than staying in an uncleaned room in which the host told us that the last guest was sick. But we realized that the door was very difficult to open. I had to sacrifice my time to stay in the room and wait for the solutions. The host arrived later but he didn't really negotiate with us. Once i raised the issue, he came said "we will only can offer this, because we know the guests always want more" No negotiation, either accept it or complain via booking. Tbh, i really hate ppl saying words in this way. It's not our fault at all but we were assumed that we were the guests who want more money. And in the end, we had to pay to stay somewhere for relaxing when we arrived and we waste our time. After the first day, the host didn't want to follow up anything.
