“It was a good starting points for nice hikes!”

Check-in was super easy, the communication with the host was really great during my whole stay, Angel gave great advice and answered every question I could have :-) . There war a bottle of water, some beer and jiuce waiting for me, which was greatly appreciated. The building is new and the apartment is clean and fully equipped - including a washing machine and a even a new hairdryer. The armchairs, sofa and the beds were very comfortable (with mattresses not too hard and not too soft). The wifi worked great! There is a bus stop just a couple of metres from the building (please note: although there are bus stops on both sides of the street, buses in both direction stop at the one on the side of the restaurant). There is a SPAR supermarket very close by where you can even buy some food "ready to go" and a market place with local things to buy on the weekends.

To be improved

This part is only (!) important for people like me, who look for absolute peace and quiet and have a problem with some noise. There is a culture centre close by, organizing events. Those are rare (!), but in my 10-day-stay there were 3 event nights, the 2-day end of the carnival and one musical concert. The music for end of the carnival (drums, trumpets, loudspeakers) was so extremely loud and long (till ca. 5am), that even despite the (really good!) soundproof windows I needed earplugs, white noise and sleeping pills to get through the nights. The music concert was shorter, but also with very strong loudspeakers. The windows are soundproof but the building iself is not, you can hear everything the neighbours do (conversations, moving chairs, flushing the toilet, talking in the corridor). There is a street (conversations, trucks, some roadwork) and a small restaurant outside the window. But, as I wrote - this might not disturb everybody and the events are apparently not often.
