Broken toaster, broken rubbish bin, some down light in both bathrooms not working, iron board almost spoilt with no sponge & make ironing difficult & no view apartment No shampoo

“Brilliant place to stay within an easy walk of the city and it's attractions”
The best

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Euskotren Amara station. We travelled by train from the UK to San Sebastian in one day. The appartment faces into a rear courtyard so no road noise, but minor noise from other flats. Superb modern kitchen. Very clean and very spacious. There are three bedrooms, one of which we didn't use, (This room has no external window.)

To be improved

There was some minor marking and damage to one wall, but juding by the other spaces this will be something the owners will fix as soon as bookings permit. Great to have an expresso coffee maker but sadly no instructions on how to use it, so we didn't try.

The best

This was a nice, clean and spacious apartment very well situated in the city. Very comfortable and quiet. Great shower pressure.

Large, clean, nicely decorated 3-bedroom apartment in a central location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed exploring the city on foot

To be improved

The dishwasher was faulty. There is no dryer and no facility to hang clothes to dry after washing.
