The best

Great location, near shops and bars but quiet at night. We were allowed to check out late, which was great. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was well kitted out

To be improved

The management company had assured us that they would notify us once the cleaners had finished, allowing for an early check-in. However, they didn’t so we ended up waiting until 5pm. This was particularly inconvenient as I was traveling with an elderly mother and a young child, having been on the road since 2am. The option for early check-in or late check-out could not be arranged in advance, which made planning difficult. Instead, these decisions were made last minute, and I felt like I had to plead for both. It seemed that the cleaners, rather than the management company, determined when guests could check in or out. Additionally, the electronic keys did not work.

Location is central. Easy access to restaurants, city centre, public transport, shopping. Safe environment. The accommodation was clean, well maintained, spacious and very comfortable. The host was very helpful in arranging transportation and addressing any concerns. We arrived early at the accommodation and had requested early entrance. They managed to help us.
