Accessing the property was difficult with strollers. There's no mention in the description that there's an elevator available for moving elderly and strollers. We were 5 adults, two on the sofa bed with a baby. Sofa bed was not comfortable with a thin mattress that didn't entirely cover the metal support. The power would also trip without notice; the staff person showed us how to reset it. It went out 4 times between 10 pm and 2 am.
