“Nice house at a good location but needs maintenance and uograde.”

Nice detached house with a terrace at a quiet location. Spacious and even has a community pool. Host is very quick te response via booking essages. Nice information about the surroundings.

To be improved

The house needs some serious deep cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. If you plan on cooking, that may be a challenge. The appliances are old and some are broken. The cookware is absolute minimum, worn out pans. Non of the pans have a lid, there is no ladle, no kettle. For tea, we had to boil water with a pan. There is also no dishwasher.

Rooftop terrace, AC in the living room which was enough to cool the bedrooms too, completely detached house with garden, nice furniture.

To be improved

Low beds, shower/bathroom was small and bit old looking.
