It's small and cozy just enough for us as we only stayed overnight.

To be improved

It kinda felt like we were rushed because we got the message for us to check out by 11am, but at 8 am, the cleaning lady was knocking on the door.

Seemed like a fairly new setup. Bathroom was the best.

To be improved

Front door lock worked with a link on the phone that didn’t work couple times for us. We had to call the owner to come fix. Also the front door opened right onto the street. The place had no hangers! Operating the stove was a mystery. It would have been good to have some instructions around.

Was very clean and the cleaner was very nice and friendly

To be improved

Not a nice neighbourhood for family’s. Walk to the metro isn’t pleasant and there are no nice coffee bars/restaurants around. Also while the Appartment was very clean it’s seams like an old storage that was converted to an apartment, you can’t really open the windows and no there is no lobby so the front door is actually the door on the street which make it inconvenient to enter and exit the Appartment. Last but not least the check in process is very unfriendly and it’s hard to communicate with the owner. I’ve stayed in other properties in Madrid in the same price which were much better so I wouldn’t recommend this one to families.
