The best

Beautiful partment with a nice balcony situated in a nice neighbourhood.

To be improved

The staff responsible were not very responsive. They took way too long to answer. I even called with the number attached to the booking and got no response, then right after called with a different number and they responded, this was bad. Also the floors were not cleaned well enough upon arrival, we had to vacuum ourselves the first day.

The best

Comfortable 3 bedroom property on the second floor. Air con/clean , quiet at night . 2 bathrooms , great shower. Comfortable living and dining area with tv. Supermarket very close by. Mainly residential area but we felt extremely safe. We went out every night to the local bars overlooking the little squares. Local cafes nearby 1.4 euros coffees and cheap beer, very large pizza 7.5 euros. 20 mins walk to the Beach. We joined a gym Costa Blanca gym only 15.99 euros for the week. 15/20 mins and you are into the centre of Alicante . The main train station is a 5 minute walk away and the taxi rank is there too

Toilet seat was broken in one of the bathrooms.

The property was very dirty on arrival (floor, bathroom, kitchen, plates, cutleries) it was also very loud due to the wall drilling constantly (there was a construction next door which they didn't tell us about at all and when we asked the property management they refused to find a solution instead they were looking for excuses that it is not their responsibility 🙄)
