“It was very pleasant - a few minor issues”

The best

Location was great, right in the centre and close to amenities and transport. The place was very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. The host was very quick in responding via Whatsapp with some minor issues and resolved everything for us satisfactorily. There were no issues with getting into the apartment on arrival and checking out was just as easy. The TV was good and we were able to connect to our Netflix, which was unexpected and good to have. It contained sponge, dish soap, towels etc.

To be improved

We had an issue on arrival where they had given us an extra bed (just unfolded the sofa bed) instead of a baby cot. This was resolved and a cot was given to us very quickly. However, there was a problem with this cot, it was exchanged for another one very quickly. The sofa bed we had to put away ourselves (i.e. put back into sofa mode), and this was difficult and seemed not to be back correctly - it would slide out into bed mode a bit. It was not a problem for us, we did not use the sofa a lot. The hot water in the shower went cold sometimes. Additional dish towel would be good for under the dish rack when drying - otherwise water gets on the counter a lot. It would be a good touch to include include some

Clear instructions and easy access with code on main build entrance. Really centric location and close to all main Madrid atracctions.

To be improved

Apartment ok but to small for 4 people. Bathroom to small and not enough hot water to have a shower for the 4 of us. Not enough space to walk in between beds. We had cockroaches.
