The best

A lovely and charming apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the ocean, as well as the collection of magazines with great tips on what to see and do in Tenerife. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Just above the apartment, there’s a beautiful swimming pool. The internet connection is excellent. The host is incredibly friendly and always available if you need anything. We truly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

To be improved

The terrace door is a bit difficult to open and close — not impossible, but it does require some effort. I believe it’s just a temporary issue.

- WLAN works ok - bus station directly in front of the building - beautiful view at the ocean

To be improved

-we have been there in Winter - pool was cold and not heated - there was mould everywhere, it was cold and dark, window grid in the bathroom was very dirty and full of dust, which is problematic for persons tending to allergic reactions. - it was so cold and humid that it was not possible to stay there over the day, which is problematic if you are sick and do not want to go outside - heating did not work and the owner wanted us to pay extra for the heating if we would decide to unlock heating. So we decided not to use the heating. - no space in cupboards to place in your cloth - features like clothes horse or toaster were in very bad condition (toaster was broken and clothes horse was so rusty that is broke first time after putting the cloth on it. When we told that the owner he wanted to get 100 € security guarantee from us. We did not pay it as we feared to finance his bad features and furniture. Bed was wobbly and we feared that it would break in the night. - it was not quiet. Airplanes from morning to late evening and loud neighbours (owners living below all the year) making party from day to night and dogs barking around

Well equipped property, nice leaflets and brochures presenting the area and recommending places to visit and local activities. The communication with the owner is great, he was really helpful.

To be improved

I've found out about the requirement of the owner to leave 100 euros in the safe as a deposit only when we got there - luckily my friend had cash with him as I've used credit cards exclusively. I'm not sure if it is a requirement by the government or not, but asking for passport details for each guest seemed a bit awkward to me/ it was a first.
