The location was excellent. Nice bathroom.

To be improved

It was the lack of the little things that would make it more livable. Eg no glasses, cutlery or even a teaspoon for your cup. The owner could add a small fridge & microwave & the place would be perfect. It was smaller than the photos showed guess they used a wide angle lens.

“Would stay again, great value for money and location”

Nice location, 15 min walk to the city centre and felt safe to walk home 10pm with my 11yo Daughter. Small shop next door for drink/snacks (cash only) Bathroom was large and stocked with shampoo/shower gel/hand soap/towels/hairdryer/straightners/1st aid and cleaning supplies etc. Bedroom was large enough for built in wardrobe/double bed/table with 2 chairs and a wall mounted TV. Bed was very comfortable. AC/Heater mounted on the wall also. Room was well sticked with mini kettle and 2 mugs (no tea/coffee or milk etc though) and iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. WiFi worked great. I would happily stay here again.

I never received an email from booking.com with the code to get the keys to the lockbox but this was easily sorted by calling the owner. Without the instructions I also wasn't sure which room was ours, so only by trial and error with trying the keys did I find it. Just make sure ifbyou don't get the email in advance to request it before you arrive. The hall light didn't work so we had to use our phone torches to see when coming back late at night. Was a bit noisy at night with the heavy front door being slammed shut but it didn't bother us but if you are light sleepers it may do.

The host was very kind and let me do late check-out due to remote working. I also found everything I needed which made me feel very welcome: showergels, shampoo, make-up remover pads, blow drier, straightener… really a lot of things!
