“It was hard to figure out from the parking garage to the Hotel. Please install Whatapp app before arrived, then no problem to figure out without the staff. The lady was so nice and very kind. It is old house and renovated and glad to have an experience with old fashioned house staying. · Cons: Confused whatapp first time.”

“Quiet and quaint place to stay”
The best

Well located in Toledo old town. Museums and restaurants just a short walk away. Located down a side street meant it was a nice quiet location. The building itself is very historical. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Impeccable. As genuine as it gets to capturing the old Toledo magic and charm”
The best

-Authentic local feel. An ancient historical house full of treasures of yesteryear at the heart of the old town. -All landmarks are within short reach, the market, cheese museum, shops, restaurants. -Exceptional view: the Cathedral, Alcázar and the roofs and terraces visible. The terrace was lovely. -Tasty breakfast served until 10:00 served with a smile. -Room got A/C although we didn't need it. We travelled in early April. -Accommodation looks exactly like in the photos. -Clear video instructions to self-check in sent via Whatsapp. -Perfumed hall and corridors with lovely scents. We liked the aroma so much that we ended buying the same for our home.

To be improved

-Maybe the lack of a minibar or fridge. I can't think of anything else. Our stay was superb.
