If there was a downside, it would be that we felt that it wasn't exactly prepared for 4 people. It should be noted that for sleeping and having breakfast it was perfect, but it could have had better amenities for 4 to eat at home. But this was a minor detail, I believe if we had asked, they would have resolved it.

The internet wasn't working from the time we checked in. It is very important to have a WiFi connection, especially when guests arrive from other countries, and it is very important to have an internet connection due to a change in mobile network services, too. I had been following up on the internet issues from the time we checked in. Tried calling the property owners multiple times, but there was no response... They did not even bother to reply or callback... I kept requesting... This is ridiculous. We were not able to use the TV due to no internet connection and no satellite dish connection. As per room details, it was mentioned non-smoking family accommodation, but when we checked in, the entire place was smelling of strong cigarette smoke, which stayed in until we checked out. Also, there was no clothes iron (for ironing) provided as mentioned. This is absolutely not acceptable. There were no sufficient shower gels and shower shampoo (only 03 shampoo pouches and 03 shower gels pouches were provided), We were a total of 04 guests and stayed for 03days/02nights. The toilet seat was broken. The hair dryer wasn't working either. There was no provision for drinking water. There were no hangers/hooks in the washroom for clothes/towels. There were no shelves provided within the bathroom to keep soap or shampoo. Basics, such as salt/pepper/sugar/oil/kitchen rolls, were also missing in the kitchen.

The wifi wasn’t working

no wifi, tvs didn’t work, host wouldn’t respond, ran out of toilet paper

Horrible / zero service . We requested for early checkin , no response . We requested for help to store luggage , no response . We asked for help with things in the appartment like wifi / other instructions , no response . DRAINAGE PROBLEM IN SHOWER AREA , water comes out and flows in the whole sitting area. Full day no response , then after many calls , said it will be resolved , but no one came .
