A few days before we were supposed to move into the apartment, I left a message with a question. I have contacted both by email and telephone, but have never received a response. What I did get were standard auto-set messages explaining how to get there and 'Please let me know if there is anything you need or if I can  assist you in any way. The key does not work very well (it is slightly bent), so you have to 'play' with the key in the lock a bit. Upon entering, the apartment turned out to be super dirty... dust piles everywhere, the walls of the back room are full of mold, the bathroom walls and floors were full of (tufts of) hair and, among other things, the cupboard doors, table top and countertop appeared to be broken. Also saw several cockroaches. We rented the apartment for six people. Two people had to sleep on the couch in the living room, which was not a problem because it was taken into account. What was very annoying is that the roller blind in the living room was broken, so the living room could not be darkened and the light came in well at night and in the morning. When reading the previous reviews, it appears that this curtain was already broken in June and therefore had not yet been fixed in December. There is also a gap of about two cm under the front door. A lot of cold air and noise comes through here, which is not nice for those who sleep in the living room. So six people... only four chairs (three of which are broken), five plates and one large and one small towel for each person. Also only one set of bed sheets per bed. This can still be done in the summer, or if you are staying in the apartment for a short period.
