“We enjoyed our stay in the Villa but was marred by the above problems”
The best

The Villa generally comfortable and clean Outdoor dining area, barbeque and swimming pool were an added bonus

To be improved

1. Rather too quick tour of the Villa by the representative 2. No hot water on the day of arrival and the following morning 3. The windows overlooking the swimming pool were dirty and was only cleaned 3 days later 4. The TV was not working some one came to repair it but it still would not work and the volume was low and we could not increase the volume
