“Good stay, but not luxurious”
The best

The apartment is in a great location in terms of being close to many bars, restaurants and shops The living room space is very nice. Great for groups of friends with plenty of space to hang out The communication with the host was excellent.

To be improved

The air conditioning is not adequate. You could barely feel it and it made spending time in the apartment quite unbearable. The apartment wasn't in great condition. The curtains were hanging off and we needed to manually fix them for them to be functional. The facilities could really do with some upkeep

To be improved

AC does not work, which made our stay uncomfortable as the heat at night was unbearable and we could not sleep. For a “luxurious” penthouse, I would expect at least a working AC in each room and not one unit in the living room that barely works and is expected to cover the whole house. Also, the AC has a hard 4 hour timer which you cannot bypass, making it even more inconvenient as you have to go back and turn it on every 4 hours. The windows do not close properly, this invites insects/mosquitoes to come in.
