The best

The property was spacious, great views and beside the beach and tram stop.

To be improved

The appliances were not clean in spite of it stating that the property is cleaned after each use the kettle for example had limescale and the microwave and oven were not clean. Also worth noting that it was very hard/ impossible to get somewhere to eat most places where shut at 5pm in the evening obviously that isn’t the hosts fault but in terms of location.

View, size of the apartment, Jacob (on site contact), afternoon sun only coming through kitchen window, nice apartment layout

To be improved

Not a lot of nearby eateries and those that are nearby were nothing special. Being high above the ground offers a great view but you sure can hear everything down below on the streets, i.e. dogs barking, trash trucks, cars, people talking.
