“Noisy, big, clean appartment”

Big, well furnished appartment Nice terrasse. But unusable in daytime due to noise.

To be improved

Noise from nearby construction of nine floor building, which has been underway for 1 1/2 year and will continue at least for half a year (august 2023). Very disappointing. A compressor did start 6.30 every morning, 50 meters from the appartment

“Wonderful apartment in Carvajal!”

The best

Brand new, spacious, modern, clean, comfortable apartment! Wonderful terrace with sea view. Looks even better than in the photos! Very nice and helpful host:) There are 2 swimming pools you can chose from (big one open 12pm-6pm and smaller one open 10am-10pm in June). Located in Carvajal - lovely beach town perfect for families. Nice beach with number of restaurants nearby not as crowded as Benelmadena or Fuengirola. There is a train station 3 minutes walk from the apartment and train can take you from Malaga to Fuengirola. Beach is 10minutes walk from the apartment but you have to cross the train station and take a stair walk (might be challenging with strollers).

To be improved

Carvajal, Fuengirola and nearby villages are growing rapidly and everywhere you can see new apartments and hotels under construction. There is a risk that your apartment can be exposed to heavy machines, dust, and very loud noise from early morning to late evening. As long as you don’t stay at the apartment for the whole day or don’t like sleeping late morning you will be fine but if you like to sleep late, chill out or have a grill at the lovely terrace than reconsider if this apartment in the right choice for you. Right next to your terrace they are building a huge apartment complex which makes terrible noise Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. The construction will take probably another year or so. The apartment itself is lovely but I would only come back when the next door construction in over.
