“Not 'newly renovated'”

The best

The location was good apart from the traffic noise. The sofa and beds were comfortable.

To be improved

We booked this property because it stated that the property had been 'newly renovated'. Unfortunately the reality was very different for example all the walls had marks all over them, the shower heads were old and had old limescale on them, the dishwasher didn't work, one of the bathrooms was very old fashioned with a shower over a bath, the front door was missing the seal at the bottom. We were so unhappy with the apartment we left and rented another apartment with the help of Novum rentals who were excellent. We were subsequently informed that the apartment had been booked for the rest of the season due to the problems. We felt we had been misled by the description of the property as 'newly reovated', a new sofa and beds does not equate to a new renovation.

The property was very well presented and the complex and pool was excellent.

To be improved

The property is next to a road. Also black out curtains would be better as the existing curtains are very light.
