The room did not looks as sharp as in the pictures. Air conditioning worked but was not the best. One of the bathrooms flooded from the shower as the drain was blocked upon first use. I did report this.

“We enjoyed our stay but small tweaks needed.”

It wasn’t clear that we were at the right address. There were no signs outside to name the accommodation. We had to ring to ask . We were then told to the use the code but the instructions said someone would meet us and at that point we still didn’t know if we were at the right address. If there had been some info such as , we are the building next to Zara we would have known we were at the right address

It was generally good and there was no reason for us to voice complaints but there were little things that would have improved our overall experience although not crucial eg there was a coffee machine with coffee pods and tea bags. In the coffee machine drawer you would expected to find sugar, but instead there were sachets of salt and pepper. There was only one wine glass but 4 champagne glasses. Not the end of the world but 2 wine glasses would have been nice. There was no where to hang towels to dry or hang towels in the bathroom. The shower leaked if you used the over head shower, the hand shower head was better but needs descaling. It was too hot - the air conditioning was set to 24/25 degrees and could not be altered.

The staff is located on the same floor as the apartments and are there all day long. The apartments are located in city center and easy to get to with taxi from the train station. It's a few minute walk to the bus going to Alhambra. The penthouse apartments are comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms are clean and we really liked that it had a washing machine for use. One of our rooms did not have a laundry rack and the staff found one for us very quickly.

The walls are concrete which blocked wifi signals in the bedrooms. Wifi was strong outside of the bedrooms. There was lack of storage space next to the bed and bathrooms. The glass plate of a night stand seemed fragile and would not hold alot of items for travelers. The outlets were in the headboard of the beds and if you're not from the EU, you need an adapter before you use your own charging bricks. The adapter and charging bricks would hang due to the weight. An extension cord would help secure this type of set up. The AC was kind of weak and would never reach the temperature set for the rooms, but after a while, you get used to the cool room.
