“Nice apartment in lovely part of Costa Adeje”

Location and the apartment itself are fantastic. The views are superb. The security of the development is also excellent and there are always plenty of sun loungers available around the pool. The restaurant below and the bar adjacent are also excellent

To be improved

We stayed in the same apartment last year and it had WiFi but this year there was none which was disappointing. Would also be useful to have 2 sets of keys for access as getting in and out of the development requires a key so everyone has to come and go together.

Location is fantastic and the apartment complex is clean, safe and secure. The pool area is excellent. The apartment has a wonderful view with a spacious balcony and is well equipped.

“Disappointing”

The best

The apartment is near the beach, the view and the fact that you have to walk 100 m to get to the beach are great. Also the building is nice, the people working there are very friendly. It has a nice pool.

To be improved

the bed linen and towels are extremely worn and have a bad smell. at the time of the stay, I found hairs and sand on the bed, a sign that the sheets had not been changed, and on the floor the microwave oven cannot be used because it smells bad, as well as in the refrigerator and the kitchen cupboard. during our stay the owner was not helpful at all. One day I left the apartment and closed the door forgetting the key inside, and the door cannot be opened from the outside because it has no handle, he asked us 85 euros to open the door. luckily we managed to enter from a neighbor's balcony and we didn't have to pay this amount. several pieces of furniture are broken, the TV does not work and a thorough cleaning should be done before receiving guests. it bothered me that any request was for a fee and that we were asked for the amount of 150 euros at checkout, being accused of having damaged some objects, which is totally false.

“Perfect beach holiday”

The best

Beautiful small self-contained apartment with one bedroom, one living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped small kitchen and a small balcony (2nd floor) towards the ocean in a beachfront complex with 2 swimming pools that used to be a hotel, but has private apartments today. The beach (playa del duque) is gorgeous and you can hear the ocean at night from the apartment. Luckily for us, there is no entertainment or loud pool music, so it’s the perfect place to relax really close to the beach! The price was absolutely fair (about 750€ per week) and check-in/check-out was very easy thanks to Yaroslav who was a really great host! I can fully recommend this apartment for a couple, maybe even with one or two (small) children.

To be improved

Mattresses/sleeping sofa was a bit worn out. Chairs on the balcony should be more robust (very thin plastic chairs).
