“Very nice, very good, near the beach, helpfull owner, only the parking little bit difficult.”
The best

The owner was very helpfull and very good english speaking, so the check-in was easy. Only with the car was little bit difficult to find some place to park, but not so big problem. When you plan to go there with the car and then not much go with the car, may be better to park it in some parking house near, otherwise you looking around everyday a new parking spot in the small streets nearby. :-) But except these parking was everything good, as in the offer and also the owner is nice helpfull person, so can only recommend.

The best

The landlord was very easy to get in contact with and very fast and responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer and a good amount of pants, pots, plates and cutlery) so that it is ideal for a stay with family and friends. The location is perfect with only 3 min. walking distance to La Puntilla (Las Canteras) and nice for walks along the beach and to El Confital. Nice restaurants, bars and cafes as well as bakeries and supermarkets just around the corner. Although the apartment is situated in a very busy area of Las Palmas, the apartment is not very noisy.
