“Totally impersonal and careless service. You're on your own. I'd rather go back to a hotel next time”

Not much!

To be improved

The treatment overall was too cold and impersonal. No willingness to acommodate any single request. The wifi in the back rooms didn't work and they didn't want to send anyone to fix it. I'd rather go back to a hotel. Hotels nowadays have better service than corporate airbnbs. The whole personal experience of the host in airbnb has been lost.
