“Beautiful Apartment with Amazing views.”

The apartment was beautiful & the view was absolutely amazing,we enjoyed this view especially while in the pool which was a few steps from the spacious sun deck! Everywhere was clean & tidy. The kitchen was quite well equipped,one thing missing though were cups/mugs. There was a kettle & coffee machine so we went out & bought some mugs.....we left 2 of these behind so I hope other guests will appreciate them!! The apartment is in a quiet area & most of the apartments weren't occupied.The Spanish neighbours above us were lovely & friendly. Situated up hill but only a 5 min walk down lots of steps to the beach. In the evenings we got taxis as too far to walk even to the old town. We were only here 3 nights,if we stayed longer we probably would of got the bus! We very much enjoyed our stay & would definitely return!

Communication on arrival could have been better. (Done through WhatsApp) The apartment wasn't too easy to find. I understood we couldn't check in early so once we found the apartment I sent a photo to the owners administrator (who I was told would be meeting us there to check us in) I asked if we were at the correct location, the reply was Yes! & someone would meet us there 4pm sharp. We returned there waited at the gate for 10 mins messaged to say we were waiting...no reply & then a lady peered over from inside & then came & let us in! No mugs in kitchen but otherwise quite well equipped....Some complimentary drinking water would have been nice. We didn't use the hot tub as it didn't look very clean & had a horrible damp smell. Beds were very comfy but with 4 of us getting the air con right to keep everyone happy at night wasn't easy!!!.... Light duvets or blankets would be good...... Maybe instructions for the air con too? A shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc instead of having to put them on the floor. Some info in the property about buses & places to go & things to see in Benidorm would be helpful?! Someone to hand the keys to when checking out rather than leaving them on the table because you need the keys to get out of the main gate entrance so then have to go back up to the apartment to leave the keys!! No complaints....just a few suggestions!!!😄

Everything is new, modern technology, great kitchen, parking space in the garage, out off sun, truly waking distance from apartment to the beach but a lot of stairs so not recommended for older folks, super clean , great mattress, laundry room next to the kitchen very convenient, garbage container is block away going down the street, but nice walk around the complex. The host is super nice and very helpful.

Only issue we got was power outage because of the jacuzzi, but host was available to help us with that issue, so do not turn on jacuzzi and you will be fine, pool was empty for most of the time , so we feel like we got private pool just for us

“Perfect for a group of friends / family and definitely worth the money.”

The location is perfect. View is beautiful, 50 minute walk from into Benidorm old town & a small row of shops / restaurants in the same village - you must try the Italian. Kitchen and facilities were great and perfect for groups. Beach is only 5 minutes walk away & you can hire loungers for €6 per day… we did this twice.

Unfortunately on arrival we found out that we couldn’t use the pool as it’s only open due in “seasonal” months. The staff showed me that it is clearly started on Airbnb but I couldn’t see it anywhere on Booking.com - if I’d of known we couldn’t use the pool we wouldn’t of booked here to stay. We had numerous power cuts from the hot tub & found the hot tub dirty / smelling when we arrived which we weren’t impressed with.

We booked for 6 of us booked and we had only 1 set of keys, that was a bit inconvenient, but to be fair they would likely provide an another set if we request.
