To be improved

Extremely bad communication starting with codes for the keys to get access and 25 minutes from location No communication regarding apparment number,not able to gain access due to this. When I attempted to contact the owner over 2 hours no answer and was forced to cancel the accommodation at 10.30 pm didn't arrive back home until 1.30 pm Quite honestly the worst booking have ever made!
