Location is perfect and the apartment has everything you need, you can cook there also, not the biggest kitchen, but good enough for some small meals. Very quiet, too!

It's a small studio room, you can't really see anything from the windows, because they are quite high, but it gives lots of light

“No hot water the entire stay. mistreatment by the host. Very disappointing.”

I will not point out any of the good things since we were deeply disappointed by the host

There was no hot water in our apartment, and we had to take cold showers (or none) the entire stay (4 nights). The owner sent a technician on the second day, saying everything works well (which obviously did not). From that moment on, the owner did not believe us and ignored our complaints, and did not do anything at all to help us. Important to mention I have two small children. I have never experienced such carelessness and humiliating treatment by any host. He had other apartments available but would not move us or let us use the shower there. No compensation whatsoever. Very disappointing experience.

“Such an Excellent Experience”

You should experience it to be understand that the apartments title exactly meets the experience. Safe, quite and yet accesible neighbourhood. Great location with 15 min walk to palace, San miguel & de sol. Arturo as a host thinks ahead about everything. Welcome beers, coffee & all the needed material for long stay. He even provide us with luggage storage within the house so even we with late flight, has a place for storing them. ❤️ There is supermarket near the apartment that you can buy whatever ypu need for your stay. The wifi has a low coverage at the edge of house but frankly that is not the big deal for us. The kitchen tools was suffiece and in good condition. Comfy beds and good rooms. Our apartment has an eternal view that amaze us every morning at the breakfast table. This is one the few places that for sure if I get back to Madrid will choose for long stay.
