“The apartment is very close to the airport. Within walking distance, there’s a small shopping center and a well-stocked Despar grocery store. There’s also a lovely nearby street with charming cafés that serve excellent brunch. · Cons: The apartment is more suitable for a couple or a family with older children, and works better as a base for exploring the island rather than a place to relax and unwind. There was quite a bit of dust in the bedroom, which made it harder for me to breathe at night due to my allergy. The bathroom drain struggled to take in the water, and the kitchen had only two large spoons and a couple of pans that were unfortunately no longer usable. Some hooks for hanging laundry would also be helpful, as it's difficult to dry clothes on the rack because of the wind (we ended up buying some ourselves at IKEA). The terrace is very sunny throughout the day, so in the summer it's difficult to use it, as the umbrella doesn’t provide enough shade — but this would definitely be a positive in the colder months.”

Spacious apartment, close to the shops and the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Very helpful and friendly host. Really recommend. Exactly like in the pictures. Close to the airport. It only took a 5min drive.

The best

The apartment is large and the host gives detailed information on how to get in and also provides support if needed during the stay.

To be improved

Cleanliness wasn't great (the floor wasn't cleanest - we were walking barefoot indoors and afterwards had really dirty feet). Also the facilities are dated and squeaky (we weren't able to close one of the windows and the draft and squeaks were waking us up).

Great location, 20 minute walk from the airport. Clean and comfortable, although showing some signs of wear and tear, kitchen cupboards are in need of some attention.

Very comfortable with everything you need, e.g. kitchen utensils and appliances, washing machine.

To be improved

The stay was overall excellent these are just minor things that would make it even better. Some things need maintenance/repair: Bathroom window does not close, toaster trips the MCB. In addition the shower door could benefit from a handle and there is a risk of fingers becoming trapped when opening and closing it.
