Perfect location for a family holiday. The villa was private but has excellent access to beach, shops and restaurants. The host was excellent and dealt very promptly with any issues we had.

“Great place for a family holiday.”

Unbeatable location, with direct access to one of the nicest beaches on the island. The private pool was wonderful to cool of and relax, and the rooftop jacuzzi is a great place to watch the stars at the end of the day. Rooms were spacious, and comfortable. Two of the rooms are effectively separate apartments, one looks directly onto the beach, the other is next to the pool. Poolside BBQ and and outdoor kitchen were a great place to eat together. However the local restaurants were also very good. Private and secure, it was a perfect location for our family and friends.

To be improved

WiFi was a little 'spotty' at times, but overall worked well. The A/C is only in the master bedroom, leaving the doors open can help too cool the other nearby bedrooms. That being said, there was a cool breeze from the ocean at night, which meant sleeping was not a problem.

“book this villa if you can; no better location on the island to be found”

The best

This is a must if you are traveling to Tenerife. Absolutely the best place to stay. We could not believe that this is the villa that we booked; the views are stunning, the grocery and restaurants (most of which 4.6-4.8 rated and all are true to their score) right across the street maybe 3 min walk. The beach is indeed at the footsteps of the villa, so you can go in and out. The pool is one of the coziest oasis among properties of that size; lined up with trees and wonderful privacy. The house is a combo of rooms throughout built at different times; but all carry a cozy feel of your auntie's home away from home. The water pressure was fantastic; the main floor all opens up to the unobstructed views and sounds of the ocean. The upstairs deck with the hot tub is just a must, where you can relax watching the stars at night and hearing the waves and there is nothing for miles just the flickering lights of the town behind. Fran was amazing, not only did he help us settle in but was so helpful with pointing where to go and how to tour the island the best way; he genuinely wants you to have an amazing time and will go out of his way to make it enjoyable and comfortable as it possibly could be. We would absolutely come back; without even looking at any other options as there could not be a better one.

To be improved

the beds were a bit tough for us; but turned out it is the thing at Tenerife; we stayed at a 5 star hotel afterwards and their beds were the same firmness; so we figured it is just us.
