“Fantastic location for family holiday”

Lovely apartment, comfortable sofa and beds and very well equipped kitchen. Fantastic location, across the road from the beach, lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and great local bus service. We found this ideal for our family holiday. Would definitely stay again.

The best

Location was amazing and view was stunning especially sunrise. Easy walk to paseo with lots of bars and restaurants, even on the doorstep downstairs for breakfast or brunch. Modern and very clean apartment with comfy beds. So good we are coming back next year.

Just some minor things need attention but did not spoil our stay. Owner and Boris were very helpful

There were many things wrong which should have been rectified before we checked in. The entry door lock was intermittent. The balcony was enclosed and was more akin to a store room. This was not evident from the photographs on booking.com. The television had only Spanish channels and pay apps like Netflix which the subscription was not paid for. The electrical socket at the dining table was not working. The door latch on two internal doors, the internal hallway and second bedroom were broken. They would not close and we had to use paper to close them. There was no bedroom reading lamp in the second bedroom. There was no safe installed. The towels were not changed during our 10 day stay. There was only one toilet roll supplied on arrival. We were told the swimming pool would be available. Boris said there were builders working on it which was not true. We did not have use of it during our stay. As my wife has mobility problems, we were going to hire a mobility unit only to find out there was no electrical socket available in the garage to charge it. On our second last day we received a phone call from Boris to say there was somebody knocking on knocking on the apartment door trying to gain access to clean it and we needed to get out. I proceeded to explain to him that we were not checking out until the following day. The result was a text from Boris to say it was a Typo. This incident was very upsetting and should never have happened on the second last day of our holiday. It caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and upset. Unfortunately, all of the above issues tainted what should have been an enjoyable holiday. We are well travelled and have never had so many issues with an apartment.
