Water pressure was a little low - but no fault of the property!

Property is really showing signs of age, very shabby in places, chairs, cushions and outdoor furniture really need replaced. The water went off for three consecutive days in the mornings which made it impossible to enjoy the place, when it came back on it was a trickle so made it very difficult to wash properly or shower. The bathroom is in desperate need of some mechanical ventilation which will address the mould issues. Main entrance was padlocked all the time so could only use side gates and the restaurant on site is derelict/locked up.

The property was not clean, there was a smell of sweat from the pillows and bed set, no kettle or toaster, we requested a kettle and were told we would have one but we didn’t get it, we had to boil a pot of water to make tea, the front door got stuck, had to push it really hard to open it, bedroom door handles kept falling off, screws fell out of the dining chairs every day, the outdoor furniture cushions were very stained and smelled, the double mattress was badly stained and smelled, there were no spare sheets or pillowcases, if we wanted them we would have to pay €15 for them. The property was very neglected and wasn’t worth €190 a night, the pool was not cleaned once in the 10 days, there was scum all around the pool. People freely smoking around the pool , cigarette butts just thrown around.
