“Apartment interior very good but check surroundings - Building activity, noise”
The best

The communication with owner is very good and Marsella answers all questions quickly via Whatsapp. The interior of the apartment is very nice with modern kitchen and super fridge. Beds are very comfortable, really good beds. The terrace which leads off the lounge/kitchen is small and only partially catches the sun. It is also just above the street so if traffic nose bothers you, you should factor this in. There is a sea view in the distance but the photos I have attached show what else is in the near view. Its all about expectations and I did not do my homework properly so I do not over criticise just state facts. I hope its helpful.

Important check into location. The description states Mijas which is technically correct but Mijas municipality stretches over a very wide area from coast to the hills. This property is in a condo style development tightly squeezed with others and on a steep hill and streets. A lot of building work is ongoing practically next door so construction traffic from early morning is for me a huge negative factor. All windows open directly on the street as this apartment is on the outside edge of the development. The photos in the placing are accurate but the pool area is not attractive and we did not spend any time there. We were bothered by mosquitos inside the apartment.

The best

The villa was beautiful. Just as it shows on the pictures. The taxi driver had a slight problem finding the Villa and we struggled to find the key box that had been attached to a post but once located got into the complex fine. The Villa had lots of little extras plenty of Towels and everything was clean and fresh.

To be improved

A bit far out from everything which ment getting taxis if you didn't have a car. The Villa said it had a pool but never found it.
