Apartment very clean, modern and well equipped. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Would have been nice if the lift went to the 9th floor where we were located.

“A lovely apartment but no good if you have any mobility issues or struggle with stairs”
The best

The apartment was lovely and very tastefully decorated, plenty of space, nice pool area & pool bar. A nice touch was the little extras in the apartment such as tea bags, sugar and other condiments.

To be improved

My only complaint was no where did it state that the lift didn’t go up to the 9th floor where this apartment is located the lift only goes to the 8th floor and it’s quite a walk from the lifts to the stairs that go up to the 9th floor which are quite steep stairs, this was an issue for us as my husband is disabled and we had my 74 year old mother in law with us also. It’s a shame but it really did put a dampener on our holiday the fact that they struggled so much going up and down, wish it had stayed this on the Information
