“Excellent and comfy stay!”

The best

We stayed 3 nights here and wanted to extend our stay but it was fully booked. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating to requests such as earlier check in due to our concern of needing to purchase basic essential items during our stay. The entire apartment was clean, well-equipped even with sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. The best thing was the air-conditioning which was a life saver in the June heat!

To be improved

Late check in hour although it was later allowed for us to enter the apartment slightly earlier. There were missing towels as well but upon notifying the customer service, someone came over to give the towels.
