Nothing to do with the facilities with the property but unfortunatley the sun is not on the balcony/terrace after 4pm.

“Perfect long weekend in Marbella”
The best

Great location! Supermercado was at the corner so super convenient. The beach was a ten minute walk and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The grounds were taken care of so meticulously. The flowers and pool area were wonderful. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Best part of the flat was the indoor/outdoor living. We started each day on the balcony and ended there as well.

The best

We recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Elviria and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had thoughtfully prepared the space, as water and coffee were kindly provided—a lovely touch that set the tone for our visit. The location was ideal, just a short 2-minute drive to the main restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It was also conveniently close to the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the sun and sea without any hassle. Despite being near these amenities, the area was peaceful and offered a great balance of convenience and tranquility. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, which immediately made us feel at home. Every corner of the space was well-maintained, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Marbella. Whether you’re looking for a convenient location, a clean and comfortable stay, or thoughtful amenities, this place ticks all the boxes. I would gladly return for another stay!

“Very cozy and large apartment next to the sea”
The best

A very cosy, big and clean apartment next to the sea. Large balcony with glass wall so you can sit there all day and evening. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Even a small grocery store next to the apartment (closed during winter). Rachida is a very nice and good host :-)
