The best

size and layout of the apartment, good mattresses, nice modern design, beautiful community pool, easy parking, easy access to A7 highway

To be improved

The unit is in a worn state with some torn curtains, dusty kitchen appliances, missing restroom lock and several walls with black marks. In addition some outlets are not working. Upon submitting a written complaint the agency/owner offered a minimal refund in exchange for the removal of my review. Overall a disappointing experience and a lack of willingness to resolve customer concerns.
