“Loved it!”

The best

The whole outdoor area was fantastic! The pool was great to cool down in while enjoying the sun and the heat. We were a group of 8 so it was really good to have 2 refrigerators and one freezer. The kitchen and the outdoor kitchen were used alot and we were very happy with them. It was very neat to have the private parking and being able to keep the car parked in the shadow. Ignacio, our contact, was very helpful and our check-in was very smooth and easy. Our most happy surprise was when we realised that there are at least 3 cats living there and they made sure we felt the most welcome in their home 🥰

To be improved

The drier, washing machine and dishwasher are all rather old, but they work but might be handy to have instructions in english. There was no detergent, toilet paper or dishwasher tablets so we had to buy them ourselves. We only got one big and one small towel per person for our 9 days stay. But these are all minor stuff that really didn't annoy us.

“Beautiful, but needs a bit more service”

The best

The property was beautiful and huge. Plenty large enough for our extended family of 9, with 5 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. It was very peaceful and it was a great value!

To be improved

The staff that checked us in seemed very hurried. While we did make the reservation at the last minute (same day with later check in). They didn't have all the answers. We were not told about any alarm system. The pool gave all three of the kids who swam in it a rash. The last night, the alarm went off twice in the middle of the night and we were awoken with fire alarm style screeches.
