Excellent luxury home.Everything looks brand new.very spacious. 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms very private.Large lounge laundry room.All products provided. Terrace is huge has the sun all day. Very secure with window shutters. Your own parking space lift and stairs.Large TVs with british channels netflix and prime. 15 minutes to Garrucha/Mojacar/Vera closer but nothing special. Hoya 19 restaurant 10 min walk exceptional and Karens Bar all sport on. Hotel onsite Breakfast Buffet and Dinner good price. SPA AND GYM at hotel paid. Out of this world book well in advance. Highly recommend. Nearest supermarket 10 minutes by car. Mercadona Vera or Garrucha. A hidden gem to explore or play golf.

Recently refurbished and the kitchen in particular is of a very high standard with everything we could want. The bed was comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The patio gets lots of sun, a great view and has nice furniture. I'm usually reticent about renting property from a business, where you never see the agent ...... but have to say the agent got the level of contact with us absolutely spot on and I would be very happy to use them again.

The property is new and really great the service was really good! The French Bakers at shops half mile drive walk (the complex is massive) is one of the best you are likely to ever come across. The Thai restaurant is great and friendly ! The Bar is fun loud noisey but probably not to everyone’s taste we liked it! A great apartment would really recommend !
