Luxury Ifema Apartment

I had to book another hotel and left within an hour and my clothes smell even in that short time like cigarettes.

1) the name was misleading, when I booked the name was " 5 minutes from IFEMA". It is 30 mins. per metro or 10 by car. 2) there is no proper adress on Booking, nor did I ever learn what the number of the appartment is (it has no number or anything distinctive on the door). The owner sent me directions which lead me to a different time, after having wondered around for more than 20 minutes.3) He doesn’t answer the telephone but reacted relatively quickly on What's App. 4) There is a lot of noise in the appartment, both from outside and from the ventilation which started at unexpected moments at night. 5) There where ants in the aaprtment, though I did my best to throw away all food a.s.a.p.

even though the photos are posted on booking, when you come to the exact location still it is difficult to find the white door and the ground floor apartment. When you call the host she/he did not answer the phone call. Most importantly the matras was really bad and had a curved form and the guest had a lower back pain the next day. He could not sleep at all. The hot water boiler took 30 minutes to produce warm water and warm water stopped at first, after 1 min.

The apartment is on the ground floor so no privacy if you want to open the curtains to get natural light. If you have a problem and call the owner, the person doesn't speak any English at all.. They try their best to help though, so that's ok, but better have good Spanish basics before coming.
