“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Apartment with an amzing sea view”
The best

The apartment was very, very clean and has an amazing sea view. Key handover was smooth both on arrival and departure. The mattress in the master bedroom was super comfortable and seemed new. The air conditioning is silent and cools the place quickly (seemed new too) . The high-speed WiFi was another bonus. Perfect apartment for a holiday and we will definitely return.

The best

View from the balcony is beautiful. Appreciate very good communication with a host. Access to washing machine, iron and a desk, hairdryer. Wi-Fi speed very good. Enough of kitchen utensils. Place is equipped with alarm and a safe. Location is amazing, but bear in mind the big level difference between the place and a beach. Bus stop to/from torrevieja just few minutes of walk away. During our stay there was always a parking spot on the street nearby.

To be improved

Bed is bad. This needs an urgent replacement, after a week I have a really bad back pain. Not only the mattress but everything, it squeezes with even a small move. Electricity sockets are loose and chargers were falling off easily.

The best

Great location close to La Mata playa it is clean because the person who rents has to do all the cleaning daily and when ready to depart.

To be improved

The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. The liner for the shower was insufficient and really needs a shower curtain as when you shower the spray knocked the whole thing down and I had to mop the bathroom floor every time I used the shower.

The best

The apartment was very nice.Though bed not very comfortable.Problem with the electrics.Sorted with an extension lead.As the weather was not very warm having a heater would be good.We bought one to use while we were there.Could hear neighbours in the flat next door especially at night as the walls are thin.Also a toaster & cork screw would have been nice. .
