The best

No stairs, modern walk-in shower, huge TV and good WIFI. The huge sofa is indulgent. The aircon is very good.

To be improved

No balcony because on ground floor, so if you want air you need to open door or window by pavement. The old style kettle has to heat on the halogen hob which pumps heat into the room making it hotter. Plug in would be better idea.

It's an adapted commercial space. Airflow wasn't great as there were no windows at the back. If you open the front window, there's no privacy.
