Check in process is very poor. We had to wait 40min on heavy rain with my 5 year old daughter for the host that was late. You don't have direct contact with host and everytime have to contact call center to get any information. Bunk bed can't be use because fall protection is broken.

We were very glad to have someone hand us the keys and show us around the studio apartment when we arrived early and dropped off our bags. We really liked the location of the apartment as its very easy to get to and it is close to all the interesting places and eateries. We liked the well-equipped kitchen. With the hot weather we were very thankful for the aircon. We liked how the host sent someone over to help us to work out how the showers worked when we couldn't do it.

To be improved

We were worried about the safety of the bunk bed. There was nothing to stop a person rolling over and crashing on to the floor. So, we couldn't use that bed and one of us had to sleep on the sofa. The stairs to the mezzanine floor is a bit tight and awkward. And as another reviewer mentioned, the open plan bathroom made it awkward to use the toilet.

The best

The appartment is very nice for family. You should be carefull with stairs if you stay with kids, but it is not a problem, because of the open space loft design. The location is perfect, closely to the City Center, but quit street, a lot of restaurante and stores nearby. We used air condition to warm at night, it works well. There is no a lot of natural light at the room, but it is ok and in summer it will be probably not so hot. Thank you for a very nice communication in english!
