“All in all ok”

The best

From the beginning, everything was explained in detail. We were welcomed by the host and given all the information necessary. The spa bath was marvellous. It was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at this place. The rest of the utilities we did not need to use due to the fact that we stayed only 1 night. Very positive thing we were provided a lot of clean towels and bathrobes which came in handy with spa, sauna and later on taking a shower.

To be improved

The whole flat was extremely cold. The flat has 2 ACs, but one of them was not working, and the main one is weak for the flat since the height of the ceiling is around 3m or higher. The floor was like an ice cube. The bathroom was very cold. Luckily, the sauna did a pretty good job for the part where the spa bath is, so at least there, we were cosy. One major minus was uncomfortable pillows and dirty floor. I believe that for the money we paid, this is something unacceptable. Other less major negative things: the shower is semi broken, not enough hot water, and sauna is not really a sauna (but I guess from the portable one, you can't expect too much)
