Patio area let the property down - lots of weeds and dead plants. Patio and furniture not very clean which was a shame as view was spectacular.

Misleading description and mis-selling. It’s a one bedroom property with a children’s room not a 2 bed property as sold on your site. The property balcony hasn’t been cleaned for some time and furniture is stained and in a state of disrepair.

The property was lovely and views were beautiful off the balcony. Overall a nice apartment but thinks could be improved.

To be improved

I was quite disappointed about the pools not being heated at this time of year it was way to cold to get in. The children’s area, cinema and golf simulator were out of use but we were never told this due to mold problem. Kids pool wasn’t open until 11am which I think was poor. There was no instructions on information about the apartment were the bins were. Furniture was starting to look tired outside on the balcony.
