“Not as luxurious as I had envisaged from the photos, good location for historical part of Vitoria”

Breakfast was supplied for the week , longlife milk, 2 loaves of bread, butter, some small muffins and biscuits.

To be improved

Could not get internet so couldn’t gain access to property. We couldn’t get through on number provided tried several times. We had to speak with several locals each calling..eventually we got in and gained access to the internet in the property.

“Great location. Easy to access. All in all it was a good stay. · Cons: There were no guests before our stay, so the heating was off (in the evening it became quite cold and the water was cold) - luckily the host was responsive, and turned heating on (in 40-60 minutes it became better).”

“Location was great, being very close to all the bars and restaurants without being on a loud street. We were given a list of recommended places which was very appreciated. I also liked that each room had its own shower although really only one could be used because of the lack of hot water in one of the showers. We were lucky to be on the first floor, so that we only had to take one flight of stairs. It was nice to have an Alexa in the room to play music for us while at the apartment. Another positive was the price. · Cons: It would have been nice to have at least one small sofa to sit and relax after a day out. I did see in other reviews the problem with the hot water but I thought it would have been fixed by then. I reach out and they said to make sure that both water tanks were on, which they were.”

“Lovely apartment in the center of Victoria-Gasteiz”

The best

The apartment was fantastic, very well furnished with a 75' TV with disney plus available (kids loved it). Very close to the centre, everything is at walking distance.

To be improved

The electronic key only worked with the app (did not work from the site), the automatic light in the corridor was pretty flashing in the night. All in all, no serious issues
