Luxury renovated apartment with terrace in Madrid

The apartment is large, clean, and well equipped. It has everything you need for a large family or group of friends. You get the feeling that the owners live there and they left 5 minutes before you arrived. Parking was available around the building. The host sent detailed instructions for accessing the apartment, parking, and using the appliances

The apartment is very cosy and has everything you need. For us it was important to be close to Ifema, but if you want to go to the city center, Metro station Canillas is nearby. The owner answered all our questions quickly per whatsapp.

Excellent place! Great communication, huge space for family and rest after city tour. Perfect for family - everyone found something to make the stay better: books, games, even teddy bears :) I could also work with a comfort place for computer and office desk.

Very near to the shopping mall and the nearby subway to move to most of sites. Very safe and silent place so had a great time. Manager Manuel was so kind and supportive and we enjoyed the while stay.

The property is very clean and spacious. We spent one week in this very comfortable appartement which has a nice view and 3 spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed the view from the balcony as it is on the 11th. The appartement is in a nice neighbourhood where you can find a lot of restaurants, parks and mall (palacio de Hielo) with activities for children. The location is perfect as it is near from the train station and we could reach the city center within not more than 20min. The building is secured with camera and the guard Manuel is a very nice person, friendly and helpful. He made sure everything goes well during our stay.
