No physical reception. No lift ! If you are 73 yrs old and they put you to the third floor knowing you have luggage that is inhuman ! The code instructions are vague . Nobody to ask any information about sites, taxi, or even just food. Luggage transfer from the camino is not available because there was nobody to receive ! I had to call the company where they drlivered my luggage . No one can help.

The fact I am a cyclist (having ridden over 900 km) and as soon as I arrived was pounced on by 3 members of staff insisting I could not bring a bike into the building. There was no mention of this in the application process. There was no reasoning with them about showering and cleaning up before finding a place for the bike. The was the same for others that arrived at the same time. Most customers have just completed the Camino and so need to rest, not have an argument about bikes. It really spoilt the end of what was a great experience for me.

Terrible, impersonal check in procedure with no in-person staff.

Ad I saw said there were toiletries in the room, only hand soap present. No shampoo. No reception staff is awkward. No one to help with questions in person. Can’t check in early since automation won’t allow it. Staff does respond via WhatsApp but it’s just weird not to have a human interaction - in person. Which also means you can’t drop off luggage early to attend mass. Eventually you’ll get an email with the door code…
