Luxury sea view Apartment in Puerto de Alcudia

As the property advertised as luxury I was expecting it to be 100 % luxury. The kitchen equipment and items are very very old as well as dishwasher, washing machine and the dryer. The dishes were not cleaned well. Some of them had food lefts on it. The apartment was full of black hair all over the place. It was really unpleasant. One of the toilets was blocked. The bed linen was not even ironed simply put out of the bag. It immediately caught my eye. Ir ruined the whole impression of beautiful bedrooms. The property must consider changing the cleaning and housekeeping team. Shame for such apartment . One more negative point. On arrival I was asked to pay in cash 120 Eur city tax, though I thought all is included in to the payment. I am checking it with booking.com now. To sum up: the apartment is great but to keep it luxury the owners must invest in luxury.
