The property is beautiful, clean and everything was supplied and thought off. Excellent communication from team…easy check in/check out. Jacuzzi was great and so relaxing. Short 5-10 minute walk down to beach and lots of bars and restaurants Will definitely book again if I go back to Lanzarote

The apartment in general was beautiful.

The building works on my doorstep. Being disturbed including whilst in shower to let builders access. Electricity being turned off while out...food and drinks in fridge had to be disposed off. No privacy especially with the jacuzzi. Awful experience and no support from anybody concerning my complaints. Disgraceful for what they charged and unethical not to inform me whilst booking that building was going on next door. Owner obviously knew because windows were blacked out on arrival with windows on the premises where builders stored their tools. Should not have been let out for rental that week I was there and will be following up with the appropriate people. Thank you Christine
