Luxury Suite Hotel Puerto Banus

The booking was NOT honoured!!!

My stay in this room was an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The room was old, dirty, and in a severe state of neglect. The ceiling showed significant water damage, and there was a pervasive smell of urine and feces. The bed was very old and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The windows are not soundproof, so I could hear every car passing by. The refrigerator, likely over 15 years old, was rusty and appeared to be filled with bacteria. There was also a strong smell of mold from the ceiling, adding to the discomfort. This was, by far, the worst sleep experience I've ever had in a hotel room. The room belongs to a private owner who seemingly takes no responsibility for its upkeep. The toilet brush looked like it hadn't been replaced in at least ten years, and the bathroom itself smelled like it was frequently used without proper cleaning. The atmosphere in the room felt unhygienic, with visible mold and bacteria likely present in the air. When I raised my concerns with the owner, I was met with an arrogant response, even being encouraged to go to the police when I inquired about a refund. I will attach pictures to illustrate the poor condition of the room, which is a serious health hazard with high risks of mold and bacteria exposure. I will not stay here again, and I advise others to be aware of these conditions before booking.

This property is not owned by the hotel. When we arrived to check in we were informed and rang owner. He then lied and said he messaged us to cancel reservation in morning due to problem. I received no message. He was incredibly difficult to deal with and didn't answer phone whilst we were left stranded in Marbella. DO NOT STAY HERE OR YOU MAY BE LEFT WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION!

I only booked because the ad said it was at the Occidental Hotel. There is no such thing as paying without being able to ask for a refund and then after payment they tell you it was at the Guadalpin Hotel, in an old, terrible room. The duvet was dirty, there was no shower gel, the bed was hard and old.

Does need some TLC in places.
