The best

Couldn't find pre-hired cab driver at airport. Hired another one. Got to address and cab driver spoke in Spanish to woman who didn't know anything about rentals there. Later received text giving instructions to open a nearby box with a code and key would be inside. We had already gone "homeless" walking around in light rain with our luggage. We are 79 and 73 years old. Finally found a room. Will never use you again.

Bright interior, modern finish, variety of lighting options.

To be improved

Not ready at check-in time. A leak on the bathroom floor. Fouls odor from the toilet window. Delays in responding to requests.
